Gift Giving

When giving somebody a present, a lot of people like to wrap the gift in a much larger box. That way, the gift recipient sees the box and thinks 'Wow! I must be getting a really big present. I wonder what it could be?' But then they unwrap it and discover that the contents of the box is mostly padding and in fact they have been duped and their present is quite small in size. It's a very clever way of deceiving somebody you care about. I like to do the opposite and put really large presents (eg lifesize models of Kenny Rogers) in very small boxes. It's the same concept of cold deception, but with my own personal twist. Sure, I need to use industrial compression machinery that inevitably destroys the gift, but it's worth it just to see their faces...
