If you give a man a fish, you feed him for a day. If you teach a man to fish, you feed him for a lifetime. If you teach a man the fundamentals of the share market then he can take a long position on fish futures and flood the market with junk bonds, inducing a collapse in the Edible Marine Life Price Index, whereupon he can corner the fish market, crush the Fish and Crustacean Farmers Union and charge exorbitant prices to all fish-eaters, becoming the world’s largest fish mogul. It really is that simple.
