Cleanliness And Punctuality
I guess the best thing about having a shower that enabled you to travel back in time would be that you could sleep in as late as you wanted and then, when you got up and had a shower you could be right back on schedule. The later you were, the longer you shower, the cleaner you are. Cleanliness and punctuality are now your bedfellows. What an invention! However, if you tried to use your shower to travel back to an historical era (eg the birth of Lisa Loeb), you would probably get all wet-person-wrinkly and you would then have to masquerade as a wise old shaman of some description. Which would be okay, as long as you could think of wise stuff to say, and didn't just tell knock-knock jokes and stuff...
