Children
As I was walking my dog the other day we happened to pass a primary school and as I watched the youngsters running and playing and laughing, full of life and optimism, I smiled. I couldn't help but think that children are surely this country's - indeed, this planet's! - greatest resource. And yep, sure enough, when I checked the paper a little later, children oil was up by two dollars a barrel.
