The Truman Show
I watched The Truman Show the other night. Now, this is a fatally flawed movie. Firstly, why go to all the effort of mimicking the real world? You could have put Truman into any self-consistent context you could think up and he wouldn't have questioned it. (This includes Buffy!) So why even let him know that an outside world existed? Did I go nuts and steal a boat and almost drown myself? No. I just started making up stupid jokes and seeing how many of you would pretend to be amused by them. I must say... you're all very good.
Begone... no, don't... okay, go... my little actors,
