The Simpsons Movie
I enjoyed The Simpsons Movie. It was like watching a back-to-back-to-back episode of the TV show, something I wouldn't otherwise be able to see unless I was watching television on Saturday morning, Sunday morning, Tuesday night, every weekday morning during the school holidays or any time I happened to have one of my Simpsons DVD boxed sets fired up. Conveniently awesome.
However, I do need to register a protest about the whole 'Spider-Pig' subplot. Funny, sure. But also a blatant rip-off of course. Or have we all so soon forgotten the antics of one Peter Porker, The Spectacular Spider-Ham? Lift your grubby game, Groening! The Plagiarism Police are watching.
