Teen Wolf
Teen Wolf is one of the greatest movies of all time. A simple story (boy meets girl, boy turns into wolf, wolf wins basketball game), realised with a rare genius - I love it when they revisit the Shakespearean classics.
I also think it was astute in a marketing sense to not only appeal to the 'teen' market, but also to make a play for the often overlooked 'wolf' demographic. This is the kind of thinking that fills one with admiration for the Hollywood brains trust.
