Survivor
In Survivor's smash single Eye of the Tiger, (which shot the movie Rocky 3 to the top of the box office, inspiring two prequels) the band sing with a certain freshness and naivete about 'trading passion for glory'. This may have made sense back in the heady days of 1982, when the Passion-Glory Short Term Trading Index was in an unprecedented bull market. These days, of course, such a transaction makes little economic sense and you would be far better served trading your passion for pride. Or Google stock.
