Rod Stewart

In the song Maggie May (performed with rare genius by the unique creation that is Mr Rodforth Stewart), the lyrics at one point go like this: 'The morning sun when it shines in your face really shows your age, But that don't worry me none, in my eyes you're everything.'

Bit hazy on some of the lyrics there, but my point is that there is no way that 'age' rhymes with 'everything'. I think the song would have been improved if the second bit went 'But that don't worry me none, in my eyes you're a shade of beige.' I think that would have been majestically different and spiritual.

Begone,

Indy
