Lotto
Watching the Lotto draw earlier tonight... What do the three representatives from the State Lottery actually do? They're just sitting there watching the balls come out of the machine. If there was any wrongdoing going on would they be able to discern it? Just once, I'd like to see one of them leap to his feet and say "WAIT RIGHT THERE!!! That machine has pulled out the number 8 a statistically improbable number of times. Foul play is afoot and the culprit is... that guy" and point to the cameraman and then engage in a brief struggle in which eyes are scratched, toupees are forcibly removed and the Lotto balls are reduced to a more correct random distribution.
It's a simple dream, but it's mine.
