Bewitched
While I am suitably dazzled and nonplussed by the premise of Bewitched - namely, that Nicole 'The New Witch' Kidman is, in fact, a real witch who has been chosen by Will 'The New New Darren' Ferrell to co-star with him in an all-new remake of the original TV show Bewitched - I'm not sure I want such clever, fancy-pants kind of meta-concepts to catch on.
Otherwise, before one knows it, we're going to have a film about a bunch of actors who are locked away in a prison camp by Nazis and forced to re-enact old episodes of Hogan's Heroes. Or, going one level further, perhaps a mockumentary of the making of said film.
Which, while nasty on more levels than might be obvious at first blush, is also apparently the fundamental basis for Mark Burnett's new reality TV show. So, y'know. Credit where it's due.
Erratum: I have been reliably informed Mark Burnett's new reality TV show stars Martha Stewart. Not Adolf Hitler. Martha Stewart is not Adolf Hitler. Not.
