My football coach keeps asking me to give 150%. It annoys me
because I know that's impossible. Should I point this out to him?

Actually, it is possible to give 150% (or 200% or three zillion
percent) in certain, very specific, circumstances. Namely, if you have
nothing to offer in the first place. Because zero
multiplied by 150% is still zero. Clearly, your coach is trying to tell
you that you are totally talentless. Take the tip and quit the team before
you embarrass yourself any further.
