I have been with my bf for 2 years but still constantly think about
my ex-- even though at the end of that relationship, he treated me
like crap. What should I do?

I assume that by 'treated me like crap', you mean that he used to
wipe toilet paper all over you. If so, then I urge you to return to
your ex immediately. Men willing to play such toilet paper games are
rare indeed in today's socially conservative climate and should not be
discarded readily.
