Sturgeon Be Damned 2004
What didn’t suck on this site in 2004? Huh, what didn’t didn’t suck?
Sorry, that doesn’t make sense.
Regardless, here’s the top stuff from 2004:
- Dawson File, Season Six, Episode Twenty-Three (the series finale of Dawson’s Creek): “Boo-yah!! Victory to the Paceman. Thank you and good night.”
- Smallville File, Season Two, Episode Twelve: “I — no — speak — English”
- The totalitarian-ness of Messrs Bowie and Jagger
- Oh, Herman, this explains everything
- People should really hire me for this kind of stuff
- Is Axl Rose the hard-core rocker he makes himself out to be?
- The worst movie I have ever seen
- Venereal diseases! They can be funny
- The logic (or lack thereof) of Gremlins
- Screenwriter’s Diary, December 2004: ”Jon Bon Jovi and I thinking of going as Imperial Stormtroopers!”
Frankly, I could have put just about all of the Screenwriter’s Diary in there, but I only had ten slots for twelve months and basic arithmetic tells you that’ll never work. Nevertheless, the diary, much as I loathed doing it at the time, is close to the best stuff I’ve done on this site (he said, damning with the faintest of praise) and December is the best place to start, surely.
