In 2004, acclaimed up-and-coming screenwriter Dan Liebke kept a detailed diary of his attempts to write and get produced a movie length screenplay in Hollywood. Breakdancing With Hollywood

tells the details of this epic quest.

Originally published online, this written account explores the original diary entries in much greater detail, with footnotes, a vast ‘Where Are They Now?’ section, Ashley Judd’s famous trout daiquiri recipe and the final draft of the only version of the screenplay to which Liebke now retains rights.

Breakdancing With Hollywood is an object lesson, a how-to guide and a viable directorial project and is available where all good object lesson, how-to guide and viable directorial projects are sold.
