With four seasons down, keen-eyed viewers predicted Smallville would move into either a fifth season or a 101st season (assuming a sudden indulgence of the binary counting system). Fortunately, it was the former. It’s the season that had everything (not literally). Sinead grew ever more evil, Zod showed up to help him, somebody other than Lana died in the 100th (base 10) episode and nobody mentioned the Lana witch subplot of the previous season.
