Saw the movie Secretary last night. James Spader is a sexually dysfunctional individual who uses his powerful position to mentally and physically dominate those weaker individuals who work with him, thereby immersing them within a sadomasochistic world where they exist solely to fulfill his bizarre fantasies.

He’s also an actor who stars in this movie.
