Eating Horses
I’m so hungry I could eat a horse’ Why is a horse-eating considered the ultimate definition of hunger? I mean, it’s not the biggest thing you could eat, nor the least tasty, so why is it the epitome of ravenousness? I think it should be ‘I’m so hungry I could eat a rancid mutant blue whale twice as large as the largest blue whale ever seen.‘
